Thank you for shopping at Lilley’s Arena. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures.

 

1) Returns

1.1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Once an order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website.
    • We are not responsible for the quality of the contents of booster packs, booster boxes and similar products, as we are not the legal manufacturer of these. Any queries or concerns relating to quality of contents should be directed to the legal manufacture of the products in question.
      • Additionally, we are not responsible for the individual “grade” of any products we sell, should they be graded by a professional authentication and/or grading provider, such as Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) or similar.
      • Any advice given by Lilley’s Arena and their staff is general in nature and often based on personal opinion.
      • When determining value or quality, Lilley’s Arena cannot guarantee the information they provide will result in the price/quality given.
      • If there are any disagreements in relation to accuracy of single cards conditions, customers are urged to contact us via email with evidence of the area of disagreement.

1.2. Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt via email. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution accordingly.

1.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 10 business days of receipt. We will rectify the error by arranging a replacement or sending the missing item(s) at our expense.

 

2) Return Process for Faulty or Damaged Items

2.1. Return Authorization:

Upon approval of your claim for a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item. Please include the RMA number on the return package.

2.2. Return Shipping:

We will cover the cost of return shipping (standard Australia Post shipping) for faulty or damaged items. We request that this be done via Standard Australia Post with tracking. We will not cover excessive shipping costs unless there is no alternative.

 

3) Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. Refunds:

Once we receive the returned faulty or damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 21 business days.

3.2. Exchanges:

In the case of a faulty or damaged item, we will evaluate the issue and provide you with options for a replacement or repair, depending on the availability of the item. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
